Help Me Fundraise for the Greenway! (Again)
by: Geoff Davis
About this time last year, I wrote this post about the Cycle the Greenway event, which I participated in to support the Wolf River Conservancy (WRC). The event was a huge success, and I had a great time cycling with my coworkers, and we ended up raising the most money for the WRC out of all the fundraising teams!
On June 3 I will again be Cycling the Greenway for 28 miles in support of the WRC, as well as participating in fundraising before the event. Every cycler has a personal fundraising goal of $250, and after the registration fee, I have $210 remaining in my goal; I would love to meet or exceed that goal, and I need your help!
You can donate directly to my ride by clicking here or clicking the “Support” button on the bottom of this post. To show my dedication and appreciation of my friends’ and family’s support, I’ll match every donation until my goal is reached*! Please think about donating to this wonderful organization that helps conserve and develop beautiful greenspace and natural resources in Memphis and around Shelby County.
Here’s some more information about the Wolf River Conservancy from their website:
